Refund period: From the date you receive the product, you have 30 days to apply for a refund.
Refund Conditions: Refund request applies to products that are not used, not damaged and retained in original packaging. - Refund process
Submit a request: Please send an email to indialacy@stridexil.com, attach your order number and refund reason, and our customer service team will reply you within 1-3 working days.
Return Confirmation: Once your refund request is approved, you will receive the return address and further guidance.
Shipping Products: Please send the product back to the address we provide and make sure to use traceable mailing methods (such as courier services) to ensure the package arrives safely. - Refund processing
Once we receive and check the returned product, the refund will be processed according to your original payment method, usually within 5-7 business days.
Shipping is not within the scope of refund unless it is returned due to product quality issues or wrong shipment. - Exchange policy
If you wish to replace the product, the process is similar to a refund. Please contact our customer service team for exchange instructions.
